While we – the crew of the USS Enterprise-D – have already been to this planet in our previous history, Earth 2 (or “Miri” as we unofficially named it) remains undiscovered here, in this reset timeline. As such, we are on a mission to rediscover the planet for a second time. Our orders are to continue exploring the planet, by resuming where we left off in 2365. We will be cataloguing ruins, probing deeper into the underground city tunnels, and learning more about what killed off the entire planetary population four hundred years ago.
Earth 2, like our Earth, is a beautiful planet. But it remains a planet with secrets. This time around, we are better prepared to unearth those secrets once and for all.
