Our runabout exploratory missions, into the Alpha Quadrant, have discovered an uninhabited Earth-like planet four light years from the mouth of the wormhole. The decision has been made to ferry some of our crew, through the wormhole, to this planet, where they will set up a temporary colony, and wait for rescue from other Alpha Quadrant Federation starships. Most of the crew wishing to establish this colony, are among those who were rescued from the USS Voyager and the “Maquis” ship. Some of our original Enterprise-D crew have chosen to join them.
Captain Janeway, the former commanding officer of Voyager, will serve as colony leader.
Runabout transport/supply runs, to this planet, will begin on Monday. My SS Terra Nova will not be joining them in this operation, since it is not configured for transport duties.
